Read your post concerning comments made by humorist Donald Mills. I am a retired man in his age category and found his remarks hilarious. I don’t believe he really dislikes young people for the way they present themselves to the world today. I think he is just showing the comical side of his personality and likes to write. Granted, the morals and dress codes of 50 or 60 years ago were quite different and he attempts to put humor into his blog by comparing how it used to be alongside today’s “different” behaviors exhibited by young people. Each generation of people has stories of how life was when they were growing up. I have grandchildren that say and do things I don’t understand and I sometimes joke around with them about these things.
Don just has a knack for writing and showing the world he’s a funny old fart.
